Hyderabad: Man killed by robbers at Neredmet
A middle aged man was attacked and killed by robbers when he resisted their attempt to snatch his mobile phone at Neredmet on Sunday night.
Hyderabad: A middle aged man was attacked and killed by robbers when he resisted their attempt to snatch his mobile phone at Neredmet on Sunday night.
The victim, whose identity is yet to be ascertained, stayed on the footpath near Maisamma temple in Neredmet. On Sunday night, two people Ganesh and Naveen approached the man while he was sitting on the pavement.
“The duo tried to forcefully take away the mobile phone of the footpath dweller. When he resisted, Ganesh and Naveen attacked him on head with blunt objected due to which the man collapsed. He was later pronounced dead by doctors,” said the police.
A couple of local people who were present there overpowered and nabbed the robbers and handed them to the police. A case is registered and investigation on.
