Hyderabad: Man killed in blast in Kukatpally

Hyderabad: One person was injured when a blast took place when he was allegedly illegally refilling LPG cylinders in a store at Bagh Ameer in Kukatpally on Tuesday.

Sources said the injured person, identified as Hari Shankar (35), was illegally refilling gas into small cylinders at an electrical and gas services shop when the mishap occurred around 11 am.

The residents who heard the blast sound, rushed to his rescue and immediately shifted to him to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The Kukatpally police said a case was booked and being investigated.
