Hyderabad: Man stabbed to death in graveyard in Dabeerpura
Police said the victim Mohd Faisal (36), working as a caretaker of the graveyard, was suspected to have had a dispute with the suspect Abdullah, allegedly a drug addict.
Hyderabad: A man was stabbed to death, allegedly by his friend in a graveyard in Dabeerpura here on Friday night.
Police said the victim Mohd Faisal (36), working as a caretaker of the graveyard, was suspected to have had a dispute with the suspect Abdullah, allegedly a drug addict.
Around midnight on Friday, the duo is suspected to have met to discuss and sort out the issues between them.
“Following a heated argument between them, Faisal was attacked with sharp weapons multiple times,” said an official.
A grievously injured Faisal was immediately shifted to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. The Dabeerpura police have booked a case and taken up investigation and shifted the body to the Osmania General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Efforts are on to trace and nab the suspect, officials said.
