Hyderabad: Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) on Wednesday announced partnership with Rapido, a bike taxi service platform, to make daily commute easier and improve last-mile connectivity.

As part of the partnership, Rapido will be available at all metro stations in Hyderabad and commuters will be able to instantly book a bike and auto for a safe and quick travel experience.

The HMRL has also announced five winners of the Metro Suvarna Offer for the month of November. V Shivanarayana won first prize, Y Sulochana got second, T Chakradhar bagged third, Vijayalaxmi won fourth and Narayana got fifth prize. HMRL MD, NVS Reddy said “Another exciting news for our passengers is the HMR’s partnership with Rapido to improve last-mile connectivity. This will surely ease our passengers” commute while using metro rail services.” L&T MRHL MD & CEO, KVB Reddy said “We are seeing a good uptick in passenger movement recently which is commendable.
