Hyderabad: Mild tensions prevail after Kukatpally MLA held under house arrest

Heavy police deployment was made at the MLA's residence to  prevent any law and order issue.

Hyderabad: Mild tension prevailed as the local police placed Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao under house arrest on Friday.

As per available information, the MLA was placed under house arrest in view of the housing board auction which was scheduled during the day.

The MLA’s supporters reached the spot and argued with the police.
