Hyderabad: Mobile phone snatched from man in BN Reddy Nagar

A mobile phone was snatched from a young man at Vinayaka Hills in B N Reddy Nagar during the early hours of Tuesday. The incident, carried out by two bike-borne persons, was captured on CCTV. Police are investigating.

Hyderabad: A mobile phone snatching incident was reported at Vinayaka Hills in BN Reddy Nagar in the early hours of Tuesday.

The incident occurred around 1.30 am when a young man was parking his motorcycle outside his residence.

According to information available, two unidentified persons arrived on a bike and slowed down near the victim. The pillion rider swiftly grabbed the mobile phone from the victim’s hand before the duo fled the spot. The victim attempted to chase them but failed.

The entire episode was captured on nearby CCTV cameras.

The local police are investigating the case and scanning the footage to identify and trace the suspects.
