Hyderabad: Inspired by the Rajya Sabha MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar, who initiated the Green India Challenge with the inspiration of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s brainchild programme Haritha Haram, dancer Nataraj aka Nataraj Master planted at Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Park at Jubilee Hills on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he stressed the importance of planting and protecting trees to save the environment. The dancer appealed to people that everyone should plant trees to offer oxygen to the future generations and for making the country green and clean.
Further, he nominated actor Mohammed Khayyum, popularly known as Lobo, actresses Tanuja and Uma.
