Hyderabad: Nehru Zoological Park launches Rhino Food Court

The food court has capacity to cater to over 300 individuals with a view of wild animals roaming in their enclosures

Hyderabad: The Nehru Zoological Park launched Rhino Food Court in the zoo premises here on Friday. Located adjacent to the Rhinoceros enclosure, the food court, a first under public private partnership in the Forest Department, has capacity to cater to more than 300 individuals in a green atmosphere with a view of wild animals roaming in their enclosures.

Launched by Chief Conservator of Forest RM Dobriyal, the food court will offer lunch, soft drinks, ice cream and hot beverages among other food items. The zoo has leased the food court to Mrugavani Restaurants and Resorts for a period of 10 years.

Dobriyal said the Hyderabad zoo tied up with the Mrugavani Restaurants and Resorts to facilitate the provision of good cuisines to zoo visitors.
