Hyderabad: NIC Deputy Director dies under suspicious circumstances at BRK Bhavan

A 54-year-old Deputy Director at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), K Radha Krishna, died after allegedly falling from the 9th floor of BRK Bhavan in Hyderabad. Police have registered a case and begun investigating the circumstances of his death

Hyderabad: A Deputy Director working at the National Informatics Centre at BRK Bhavan, at Basheerbagh, died under suspicious circumstances on Saturday evening.

According to the police, K Radha Krishna (54), a resident of Himayatnagar, worked as deputy director at the NIC office located at the BRK Bhavan building at Tank Bund road.


On Saturday morning, he left home for office as usual. In evening, when he did not return home, his wife Lalitha called him on phone, but the call was not answered.

The worried woman then went to the BRK Bhavan building and came to know that he had fallen from the ninth floor of the building and was lying dead on the ground, said Saifabad sub-inspector, Md Ahmed Pasha.

On information, the police reached the spot and shifted the body for post-mortem examination to the mortuary. A case is registered and an investigation has started. The police are inquiring with the family members and friends.
