Hyderabad: With just two hours left for polling in the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election to conclude, workers of various political parties are leaving no stone unturned to bring voters to the polling stations.

In areas such as Erragadda, Natarajnagar, Borabanda, Swarajnagar, Vengal Rao Nagar, and nearby localities, party workers were seen rushing to houses and urging people to cast their votes.

Voter turnout dropped significantly at most polling stations after 2 pm. Candidates of different political parties are visiting polling centres and reviewing the voting process. The police have intensified checks and patrolling to prevent bogus voting.

Meanwhile, shops and commercial establishments remained closed in areas where the bypoll is being held.
