Hyderabad: A passenger died and his brother was critically injured after being allegedly pushed off the Dakshin Express by a co-passenger on Tuesday.

The victim was identified as Harsh Chandwani (25), while his brother Ajay Chandwani (30) sustained severe injuries and is undergoing treatment at Gandhi Hospital. Both hail from Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh.

According to railway officials, the incident occurred between Ghatkesar and Bibinagar when the unidentified suspect allegedly kicked the brothers seated near the coach door, causing them to fall from the moving train. Passengers pulled the alarm chain, stopped the train, and caught the suspect.
