A college student has been booked by Medchal police for allegedly sexually exploiting a pharmacy student after promising marriage. The accused is also alleged to have recorded intimate content, demanded money, and blackmailed the woman by threatening to share the material.
Hyderabad: A college student has been booked by Medchal police for allegedly sexually exploiting a young woman after gaining her trust with promises of love and marriage and later blackmailing her using intimate photos and videos.
The victim, a pharmacy student at a college in Kandlakoya, developed a friendship with her classmate. The suspect allegedly convinced her of his intention to marry her and later sexually assaulted her after taking her to Oxygen Park.
The woman further alleged that the accused repeatedly subjected her to sexual exploitation and secretly recorded nude visuals during video calls.
He allegedly demanded money from her and threatened to share the images and videos with her family if she refused.
The victim stated that the youth recently sent the intimate content to her brother.
Based on her complaint, Medchal police have registered a case and are investigating.
