Hyderabad: Welcoming the festive season, 50 students of Pinnacle Institute of Hotel Management created a beautiful Christmas set-up using food items. Termed as ‘culinary marvel’, the set-up, which is six feet high and 40 feet wide, was completed in 96 hours.
The students used several ingredients such as butter, flour, gelatin, icing sugar and bread rusk, to make butter carvings of Santa Claus, reindeers and sledges, along with tall snow-covered castles. Appreciating the efforts of her students, Y Sridevi, principal and founder director of Pinnacle IHM, pointed out that such activities help the students be more creative.
