Hyderabad Police busts cricket betting racket in Secunderabad, arrests three

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Police busted a cricket betting racket operating from Secunderabad and caught three persons on Monday. The police seized Rs 92,120 in cash and four mobile phones.
Those apprehended are Godela Sandeep Kumar, S Abhishek Kumar, both sub bookies, and Vinay Singh, a collection boy while the main bookie Adem of New Delhi is absconding.
According to the police, Sandeep Kumar and Abhishek were organising online cricket betting with the help of Adem and collecting money from the punters.
All the three persons are handed over to Mahankali police station for further action.
