Hyderabad Police on high alert following Operation Sindoor Air Strikes

The police have been directed to activate their local informer network to collect intelligence on any suspicious individuals. Officials have also been instructed to enforce the advisories issued by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs and the State government.

Hyderabad: The city police are on high alert following “Operation Sindoor”, on Tuesday night.
Indian armed forces carried out air strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir.

As a precautionary measures the police here have been on alert and all officers briefed about their roles in present scenario.

The police have been asked to activate their local informer network and gather information about suspicious persons. The officials have been asked to implement advisory issued by Union Ministry of Home Affairs and the State government.

Following last night developments the police had meetings at the Divisional and Zonal levels on Wednesday morning.

The higher ups are camping in their offices since early morning and monitoring the developments.
