Hyderabad: Police solve KPHB murder case, arrest three including wife of victim
Kavitha brought Sailu to Hyderabad under the pretext of working and earning money for their daughter’s marriage
Hyderabad: The KPHB police have solved the brutal murder case of B Sailu which was reported on Monday and arrested three persons including his wife for the killing here on Tuesday.
According to the police, Sailu’s wife B Kavitha was vexed with her husband’s behavior, due to which she had separated from him. However, whenever she visited the village to see her children, she was insulted by her husband and his family members.
Angered by this, she decided to kill Sailu and sought the help of her sister S Jyothi, a daily wage worker and her husband S Mallesh, a watchman.
As per the plan, Kavitha brought Sailu to Hyderabad a week ago under the pretext of working and earning money for their daughter’s marriage. They got him intoxicated at Mallesh’s house and after he fell asleep, they electrocuted and throttled him to death.
Later, they tried to shift the body in an auto rickshaw by packing it in a bag and bury it in Jogipet in Sangareddy district, but failed. They brought it back and buried in a secluded spot in Kukatpally.
