Hyderabad Police transfers 63 inspectors in major reshuffle
Hyderabad Police issued a major reshuffle, transferring 63 Inspectors across law and order, traffic, security, and specialised units. Several SHOs, including those at Charminar, Afzalgunj, and Sultan Bazaar, have been reassigned. Police said the transfers are routine administrative measures.

Hyderabad: In a major reshuffle, the Hyderabad Police top brass on Sunday night issued orders transferring and posting as many as 63 Inspectors of Police across various law and order, traffic, security and specialised units in the city.
The reshuffle was approved by the Police Establishment Board and will take effect immediately, the order said.
As per the orders, several Station House Officers (SHOs) have been moved between key police stations in the Old City, Central Zone and West Zone.
Some of the inspectors who were transferred include T Rambabu who was posted as SHO Charminar, T Sreenath Reddy posted to Special Branch, B Anudeep posted to Special Branch, N Mohan Rao posted as SHO Afzalgunj, S Koteshwar Rao, SHO Mirchowk, K Narasimha posted as SHO Dabeerpura, G Naresh posted as SHO Sultan Bazaar, M Bala Swamy posted as DI Khairatabad and J Bhaskar posted to CCS, DD.
Police officials said the transfers were part of routine administrative measures.
