Hyderabad: The police busted a prostitution racket being run under the guise of a spa and arrested a woman organiser and a client, besides rescuing two women, at Dwaraka Nagar in Medipally on Wednesday.

According to the police, the main accused Swapna, a widow, along with her associates Naveen and Ashok Kumar, allegedly procured women from various parts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh by promising them attractive salaries and commissions.

The customers were directed to the spa, where commercial sexual exploitation was organised under the cover of spa services.

The Medipally police have registered a case and are investigating further.
