On Monday,  the city is likely to witness heavy rainfall between 15.6 mm and 64.5 mm.
However, the northern parts of the city — including Quthbullapur, Alwal and parts of Secunderabad Cantonment Area — may receive heavy downpour up to 115.6 mm.

The maximum temperature in the city during the period is expected to be in the range of 31 to 32 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature will be in the range of 21 to 23 degree Celsius.

The sudden rains are caused due to the cyclonic storm ‘Gulaab’, over the northwest and adjoining west central Bay of Bengal.
