Hyderabad: Rowdy sheeter booked for cheating investor in Shahalibanda
Shahalibanda police have booked rowdy sheeter Ayub Khan for allegedly cheating a man of Rs 4.70 lakh by promising business investment returns and later threatening him for more money. An investigation is underway.
Hyderabad: The Shahalibanda police registered a case against notorious rowdy sheeter, Ayub Khan, for allegedly threatening a man after collecting money from him on pretext of investment in business.
The victim in 2024 had given Rs 4.70 lakh to Ayub Khan and his associate Mohd Farooq, towards investment in a business. However, the duo misappropriated the profits and did not give any money in return to the victim. Also, they forced him to pay more money towards settlement.
On a complaint, the Shahalibanda police registered a case and are investigating.
