Hyderabad: SBTET to hold typewriting examination

On the eligibility criteria for the course, the board said candidates who wish to appear for the examination should have the typing speed of Junior Grade

Hyderabad: Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) will be conducting a typewriting examination — Typewriting English Junior (TEJ) with type machines — from academic year 2020-21. The board has tentatively decided to conduct the first examination for the same in July 2021.

On the eligibility criteria for the course, the board said candidates who wish to appear for the examination should have the typing speed of Junior Grade, which is 25 words per minute. Also, the candidates should have passed out of Class VII.
