Hyderabad: A screening test for the selection of 100 candidates for free UPSC coaching was conducted by the Telangana State Minorities Study Circle on Sunday.
Around 1,500 students attended the test conducted at various centres across Telangana. The Minority Welfare Department will sponsor the coaching of 100 students who qualify and excel in the screening test at various empanelled private coaching centres in the country.
Advisor to Government for Minority Affairs, AK Khan visited a centre at Banjara Hills and interacted with the parents and the students. He asked the students to work hard and advised the parents to encourage their children to study.
