Hyderabad: Security guard found murdered at construction site in Gachibowli
A security guard, Dasari Raju (58), was found murdered at a Gachibowli construction site. He was allegedly attacked by assailants with an iron rod while on duty. Police have formed four special teams to identify and arrest the culprits.
Hyderabad: A security guard was found murdered at an under-construction building in Gachibowli on Tuesday.
The victim was identified as Dasari Raju (58), a resident of Jagadgirigutta, who was working as a security guard at the construction site near the Gachibowli flyover.
As per available information, Raju, who had been working as a security guard at the site through Sri Garuda Agency for the past year, was allegedly attacked by unknown assailants with an iron rod on his head while on duty on Monday midnight.
He was found dead with injuries to his head and other parts of his body in the basement (B3 Level) of the construction site by workers who came to work on Tuesday.
Upon receiving information, the Gachibowli police, along with the CLUES Team and Dog Squad, reached the spot. CCTV footage from nearby areas is being examined.
Four special teams have been formed to identify and arrest the assailants.
