Hyderabad: Senior photojournalist Shaik Naseer passes away at 60

Shaik Naseer, a senior photojournalist with Munsif Urdu Daily, passed away at 60 after a brief illness. Known for his decades-long dedication to journalism, Naseer’s funeral will be held Wednesday evening. Leaders and colleagues mourn his passing.

Hyderabad: Senior photo-journalist Shaik Naseer passed away at the age 60 years after brief illness on Wednesday morning. He is survived by wife and two children.

Naseer was associated with Munsif Urdu Daily for 35 years. His colleagues informed that Naseer was suffering from health issues for few years and passed away at his house.


The funeral prayers will be held at Masjid Bazar Guard after Maghrib prayers today evening and burial will take place at a nearby graveyard.

Former Minister Harish Rao expressed deep sorrow over the demise of senior photojournalist Naseer. He extended his heartfelt condolences to Naseer’s family and colleagues. Harish Rao prayed for strength to the grieving family and for the departed soul to rest in peace.
