Hyderabad: Forum For A Better Hyderabad (FBH), an environmental protection organisation, organised the release of the book ‘The Green Puzzle’ on Sunday. Around 50 members of the civil society, teachers and members of NGOs participated in the programme.
The book authored by Dr Bhaskar Rao, chairman, Centre for Media Studies, Delhi, was released by Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Retd ), P Raghuveer, along with other dignitaries present. He emphasised the involvement of youth and highlighted the importance of the role played by individuals and the community in the conservation of environment.
M VedaKumar, chairman FBH, briefed on the role of the Forum in throwing light on the importance of natural resource management. P Raghuveer reviewed the book and the speakers at the event included GBK Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, Pragathi Resorts, Hyderabad and MH Rao, vice president, FBH.
