Hyderabad: A TGSRTC bus conductor died reportedly of cardiac arrest at the Miyapur bus depot here on Tuesday.
As per available information, Pandari (40), working at the Miyapur depot, had come to join duty as part of his routine when the incident occurred. He had just exchanged greetings with his colleagues at the depot and informed them that he was going to use the washroom, where he collapsed.
It is learnt that he told a colleague he was feeling unwell while his bus was about to leave for Uppal. Moments later, he collapsed and passed away, creating panic among the staff. His colleagues rushed him to a nearby private hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Doctors suspect he died of cardiac arrest. The family has raised no suspicion over his death. Seeing their young colleague collapse and die in front of them, senior staff and employees were left in shock and grief.
The Miyapur police are investigating.
