Hyderabad: Shrishti Art Gallery here in Hyderabad turns 20 this month and the gallery is celebrating this milestone with the launch of a unique art exhibition titled ‘Devi is in the Detail’ by Smruti Gargi Eswar.
A storytelling session is organised on March 12th by the artist exploring the duality and multiplicity of our mythology. The background score for this would be soothing tunes played on Hawaiian guitar by Jaywant Naidu. High-profile guests include Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Neha Shetty, Lakshmi Manchu, Sudha Reddy, and many others.
Through her work, Sister Misfortune, the artist aims to explore Alakshmi, the dark side of Lakshmi, Goddess of Fortune.
The art exhibition is supported by Lifespan, a health and wellness brand.
