Hyderabad: Three persons who allegedly were involved in the murder of a fruit salesman were arrested by the Rachakonda police on Sunday afternoon.
The arrested persons were identified as P Sandeep Reddy (28), P Udhay Kiran Reddy and A Srikanth Reddy. According to the police, the trio had attacked one Madhusudhan Reddy (45) at Hayathnagar resulting in his death on Thursday after an argument over Rs 720. Sandeep had borrowed Rs 720 from one Subash, owner of a fruit shop where Madhusudhan works.
When Sandeep did not return the money, Subash took away his bike keys and mobile phone and asked him to take it after paying the money. Infuriated over this, Sandeep called his friends Kiran and Srikanth.
“The trio attacked Subhash and Madhusudhan badly over the issue. Madhusudhan died due to the injuries,” said M Surender, SHO Hayathnagar police station.
