Hyderabad: Three caught for possessing, selling deer meat

Hyderabad: Three persons were caught by the Commissioner’s Task Force (west) team on Saturday for allegedly possessing and selling deer meat.

The trio Hassan Bakran (50), Hamid Bin Haqani (53) and Shaik Abdul Rahman Bahayya Al Amoodi (54), are friends.

“Bakran had bought the deer meat from one Rizwan who is a native of Maharashtra and sold it to his friends Hamid and Amoodi. On information, the police raided the houses of the three persons and seized the meat,” said the police.

They were handed over to the forest department for further action.
