Hyderabad: A construction worker died in a road accident at Hayathnagar on the city outskirts on Thursday afternoon.
According to the police, the victim Y. Shiva (25), a resident of Hayathnagar was going on his motorcycle from Kuntloor crossroads to Priyadarshini Colony when a tipper lorry hit the motorcycle. Shiva fell on the road and another tipper coming from behind ran over him.
“He died on the spot,” Hayathnagar Inspector N Surender Goud said.
