Hyderabad to host inaugural Theatre Festival from Dec 12–14 at Shilpakala Vedika
Alchemist Live is launching the first Hyderabad Theatre Festival from December 12–14 at Shilpakala Vedika. The event will feature acclaimed theatre icons including Naseeruddin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Lillete Dubey and Anupam Kher, with tickets now available on BookMyShow.
Hyderabad: After the success of the Delhi Theatre Festival (DTF) across five seasons and the successful debut of the Bengaluru Theatre Festival (BTF) last year, Alchemist Live is presenting the inaugural edition of the Hyderabad Theatre Festival (HTF) at Shilpakala Vedika Auditorium from December 12 to 14.
Prabhu Tony, CEO and Co-Founder of Alchemist LIVE, said: “Hyderabad has always been a city rich in art and culture, and we are thrilled to bring a stage where legends like Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam Kher, Ratna Pathak Shah and Lillete Dubey will perform live.”

The lineup for HTF Season 1 includes ‘Ismat Apa Ke Naam’ on Decmeber 12 and 13 starring Naseeruddin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah and Heeba Shah, ‘Autobiography’ on December 13 starring Lillete Dubey, Denzil Smith and Suchitra Pillai and ‘Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai’ on December 14 starring Anupam Kher.
