Hyderabad: Hyderabad will host the 50th National Senior Women’s Handball Championship from March 29.
The poster of the event, which will be held at LB Stadium, Saroornagar Indoor Stadium and Akshara International School, was released by Sports Minister V Srininvas Goud and Handball Federation of India president Jagan Mohan Rao in the city on Sunday.
A total of 30 teams will be seen in competition fighting for the top honours. Minister Srininvas Goud said that the tournament is a prestigious one and the government will provide all the support to conduct the event smoothly.
