Hyderabad: The South India regional round of the NTPC Electron Quiz is set to take place at Tagore Auditorium, Osmania University, Hyderabad, on February 3.

The event begins at 9 am, with on-the-spot registration available. Each team can consist of two members. Over the years, NTPC Electron Quiz has become one of the top notch quiz events for engineering and management students across the country. The top winning team will bag a prize of value Rs 30,000, runners up Rs 20,000 and the third prize winning team will walk away with prize worth Rs 10,000. Apart from this three consolation prizes will also be awarded.


The top two teams will qualify for the National round which is going to be organised on February 28 at New Delhi. The quiz event will also have interesting participation prizes.

In 2023, the team from Hyderabad Osmania University clinched the top prize at the Nationals. Interested Management and engineering students can register their teams via mail at  electronquizntpcsouth@gmail.com, according to a press release.
