Hyderabad: Friendship Day is usually celebrated over brunches, movies or dinner outings. This year, Hyderabadis have a chance to do something a little different. The city is set to host its first-ever Soulful Sunday – Friendship Edition, organised by Wellness Coach Sneha Nahar, bringing together wellness, music and meaningful conversations against the scenic backdrop of Hussain Sagar.
Scheduled for August 2, the early morning experience begins at 6 am with a sunrise yoga session overlooking the iconic Buddha Statue. As the city slowly wakes up, participants will then board a boat for a daylight coffee rave, an emerging trend that swaps late-night parties for coffee, music and dancing under the morning sun.

The event also includes a healthy breakfast, giving friends, families and even solo participants an opportunity to connect in a relaxed setting. Organisers say the idea is to encourage people to start the day with movement, mindfulness and genuine conversations rather than the usual hustle.
Hosted at Lumbini Park, the event is open to individuals as well as groups, with participants requested to bring their own yoga mats. Early bird individual passes are priced at ₹1,500, while standard tickets cost ₹1,800. Group bookings are also available, with passes for three people priced at ₹4,200 during the early bird phase and ₹5,400 thereafter. Groups of five can avail early bird pricing of ₹6,500, while standard tickets are priced at ₹9,000.
