Hyderabad: Hyderabad is emerging as a dream destination for higher education. A recent study conducted by Sulekha, a leading tech-AI platform for expert services, reveals that Hyderabad is among the top three cities leading the demand for education and skill related services.

The study, which unveiled several interesting insights about demand for education and skilling related services in Indian cities, is based on visits and searches by nearly 80,000 consumers across top eight Indian cities. According to the survey, in Hyderabad the top five education and skill related services that are leading include SAP training, data science and business analytics training, cloud computing training, IT programming languages training and quality management training. These services have grown by 45 per cent.

Apart from Hyderabad, demand for education and skilling related services has increased in several other metropolitan cities such as Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. In Chennai, the top five education and skill related services that are leading include job training, school tuitions, language training, competitive exam coaching and distance education. Whereas, the same in Delhi is school tuitions, distance education, college and university tuitions, finance and accounting tuitions and corporate training providers.

Satya Prabhakar, Founder and CEO, Sulekha, said, “Digital education has become the norm for new-age learning as clearly indicated by our study. The strong focus on digital education in the recent union Budget 2022-23, will further increase the adoption of digital education. Similarly, a diverse set of education and skill related categories like cloud computing training, placement consultancies and SAP training have seen a surge across the top cities.”
