Hyderabad: Traffic advisory issued for Sunday in view of Miss World contestants’ visit to Secretariat
Hyderabad traffic police issued an advisory in view of Miss World contestants' visit to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat and a Carnival event at Upper Tank Bund, on Sunday
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad traffic police issued an advisory in connection with the visit of Miss World contestants to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat and a Carnival event at Upper Tank Bund, on Sunday. The traffic diversions will be made on a need basis from 3 pm to 10 pm.
At Ambedkar Statue, the traffic coming from Secretariat junction will not be allowed towards Upper Tank Bund and will be diverted towards Liberty while traffic from Liberty towards Upper Tank Bund will be diverted towards Telugu Thalli flyover.
At Sailing Club, traffic from Karbala Maidan towards Upper Tank Bund will be diverted at the Sailing club towards Kavadiguda, and at DBR Mills, the traffic from DBR Mills towards Upper Tank Bund will be diverted at DBR Mills towards Goshala – Kavadiguda.
The parking places notified are NTR Stadium, Old Ambedkar statue to Lepakshi one-side road parking, Sailing Club to Children’s Park one-side road parking and Buddha Bhavan to PV Marg one-side road parking.
Traffic officials requested the citizens to take note of the diversions and traffic congestion points and take alternate routes to reach their destination.
