Hyderabad: Truck turns on its side near Lakdikapul, traffic flow smooth

Hyderabad: A truck laden lost control and turned over at Lakdi-ka-pul on Wednesday morning. No casualties were reported.

The truck carrying a load of pipes was proceeding from Mehdipatnam towards Saifabad lost control and overturned near the signal.

Police said the driver suffered minor injuries in the incident and immediately fled from the spot abandoning the vehicle.

Since it occurred in the morning hours, a major mishap was averted as there was less traffic.

On receiving information, the Saifabad police, with the help of a crane team, moved the truck to the roadside.
The traffic police also reached the spot and ensured smooth flow of vehicles without disruption.
