Hyderabad: Two escape safely as tanker catches fire at Hayathnagar ORR

Hyderabad: A tanker driver and cleaner had a miraculous escape after their vehicle caught fire at Hayathnagar ORR on Saturday morning.

The tanker was on its way from Pharma city towards Ghatkesar when the driver noticed flames emanating from the engine. The driver and cleaner jumped out of the vehicle.

The front side of the vehicle was completely gutted down in the incident.

On information, a fire tender from Hayathnagar fire station reached the spot and doused the fire.

Officials suspect the fire might have started due a short circuit. Investigation is going on.
