Hyderabad: Two held for abusing policemen in Mehdipatnam
Two persons were taken into custody in Mehdipatnam after allegedly abusing and attempting to attack policemen in civilian clothes during a late-night patrol. The suspects initially fled the scene but were later tracked down by the police.
Hyderabad: The Mehdipatnam police took into custody two persons who allegedly abused two policemen in civilian clothes on Saturday night.
The incident occurred when the policemen who were patrolling the area spotted a few individuals around 2.30 am, near the flyover, and questioned them about the reasons for their presence on the road.
The duo abused the constables and tried to attack them. Later, they escaped from the place. The police registered a case and later tracked them down.
