Two persons including a construction worker were arrested by the Hyderabad Cybercrime police for allegedly circulating defamatory content in social media
Hyderabad: Two persons including a construction worker were arrested by the Hyderabad Cybercrime police for allegedly circulating defamatory content in social media about Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy.
The arrested persons Gadam Anil Kumar (27), a private employee and a resident of Peddapalli district and Kashamoni Ramesh (48), construction worker from Mahabubnagar were allegedly sharing some defamatory content about Telangana CM in a whatsapp group “KTR Sena Ranga Reddy”, said the Cybercrime officials.
A case under 67 IT Act and 336 (4), 351 (2), 353(1) of BNS was registered and both of them were arrested.
