Hyderabad: The Habeebnagar police arrested two persons who were found in possession of 900 grams of ganja and seized the contraband from them, on Sunday.

The arrested persons were identified as Arjun Singh (39) of Dhoolpet and K Ramakrishna (21) of Jummerath Bazaar. The main supplier Dinesh Singh of Mangalhat is absconding.
Acting on a tip off, the police caught them when Dinesh was handing over the consignment of the contraband to Arjun and Ramakrishna at Bharat ground under Habeebnagar police station limits.

“Dinesh had brought the contraband from some persons and was handing it over to the duo. On information, a raid was conducted and Arjun and Ramakrishna were caught while Dinesh managed to escape,” said Habeebnagar Inspector, M Narender. They were produced before the court and remanded.
