Hyderabad: The Golconda police on Friday arrested two more persons in connection with the fake currency racket busted on Tuesday.

The arrested persons were Sameena, a realtor from Tolichowki and Kishore from Lingampally. Police said Sameena took loans of around Rs 2 crore from several people and invested in the business but incurred losses. As money lenders started asking for the repayment, she prepared fake currency notes used for film shooting with the help of her associates and planned to give it to them.

Earlier, Sudarshan and Dhanwanth Raj were arrested on Monday night and fake currency with Rs 500 and Rs 2,000 denominations were seized.
