Hyderabad: An engineering student, who was reportedly upset over his health condition, committed suicide by falling in front of a speeding passenger train on the railway tracks between Ghatkesar and Bibinagar on Wednesday evening.

Ch Sai Prakash (22), who was a third-year engineering student at a private college in Saidabad, was allegedly upset over his personal and health issues.


For the past few days, he was visibly upset and had been telling his family and friends that he was getting negative thoughts and wanted to end his life.

The Government Railway Police are investigating.
