Hyderabad: A school boy, who was recently spotted selling vegetables at Tukkuguda Municipality by Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy, has returned to his KC Thanda Model School in Maheshwaram mandal on the Minister’s instructions.

The Class VI student, Koushik, greeted the Minister with a flower bouquet on Tuesday when she visited the school for distributing study material, writing pads and fruits to the students as part of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s birthday celebrations.

According to the teachers, following the Minister”s instructions to get back to the school, the boy, who is studying in Class VI has been regularly attending the school.

Responding to the boy’s request, the Minister promised that pension will be provided to his father who is physically challenged and added that till the pension is sanctioned, Sarpanch Raju would personally take care of the family.
