Hyderabad: Light to moderate showers and a day temperature between 31 degree Celsius and 33 degree Celsius are expected to be in store for the city on Tuesday.
The city had witnessed light showers at several places on Monday night.
Many localities in GHMC experienced light showers. Asifnagar, recorded the highest rainfall of 9.3 mm, followed by the area surrounding Central University, near South Complex which witnessed 9 mm rainfall. Few other areas, including Nampally, Saidabad, Khairatabad, Serilingampally and Shaikpet also experienced light showers.
As per the forecast by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Hyderabad, the city will witness light to moderate showers on Tuesday. During the next three days, the maximum temperatures in the city are expected to be in the range of 31 to 33 degree Celsius, whereas the minimum temperatures to be between 21 to 23 degree Celsius. Hyderabad has received 357.7 mm rainfall this monsoon season, between June 1 and July 19.
Several other districts of Telangana, including Vikarabad, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Rangareddy, Khammam and Mulugu received light to moderate rainfall on Monday.
