Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao said Hyderabad was ahead of many Indian cities. Responding to posts calling Hyderabad the new Bengaluru, he said the city would become a true global metropolis.

Rama Rao was responding to a X user Venkatesh Gupta who shared pictures of Hyderabad’s IT corridor and wrote: “Hyderabad is the new Bangalore.” The post triggered an online debate with netizens taking sides for both the south Indian cities.
