Hyderabad: Hyderabad recorded a six-wicket win against Cricket Federation of India in the final of the All India Rajiv Gandhi Invitation T20 cricket tournament at Lal Bahadur Stadium here on Sunday.
Batting first, CFI scored 124 in 17.1 overs with Siddharth Yadav (34) and R Prudishwar (21) being the main scorers, while Akul Sai Chandra picked three wickets and Rahul Karthikeya and Bharath Annamraj claimed two each.
In reply, Hyderabad reached home in 13.4 overs, losing only four wickets, thanks to a fine knock by Anvith Reddy (46).
Telangana Sports Minister V Srihari, SATG chairman K Shivsena Reddy, former MP and chairman of Cricket Federation of India V Hanumanth Rao, who organised the event, gave away the prizes.
