Hyderabad: The city witnessed sunny weather for most part of Tuesday, though the evening saw the skies turning quite cloudy. While there were very light showers at a few places, most of the city remained dry. The maximum temperature was 30.4 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 23 degree Celsius.
Hyderabad has received 405.5 mm rainfall since the start of the monsoon season, against a normal of 262.9 mm. which is 54.2 per cent in excess. The Telangana State Development Planning Society forecast says the city will receive light to moderate showers at isolated places for the next two days. The maximum temperature in the city during the period is expected to be between 31 and 33 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature will be in the range 21 to 23 degree Celsius.
A few districts of Telangana also recorded light to moderate rains on Tuesday. Mahabubabad, Jagityal, Kamareddy, Warangal Rural and Rangareddy witnessed upto 4.3 mm rainfall.
