Hyderabad: Woman found murdered in house in Shamshabad

The victim, Yadamma (35), is suspected to have been attacked by the assailants when she was sleeping.

Hyderabad: A woman was found murdered in her house in Indira Nagar in Shamshabad on Friday. 

The victim, Yadamma (35), is suspected to have been attacked by the assailants when she was sleeping.

Police said the attackers had slit her throat with a sharp object, resulting in grievous injuries and death. Police are examining footage from surveillance cameras in the surroundings. Efforts are on to identify the killers.

The body was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
