Hyderabad woman kills twin toddlers, dies by suicide in Balanagar
A woman in Hyderabad’s Balanagar area killed her twin children before ending her life on Tuesday. Police said the woman, identified as Sai Lakshmi from Nuzvid, Eluru district, was reportedly facing domestic issues that may have led to the tragedy.
Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a woman killed her two children before ending her own life in Padmanagar in Balanagar on Tuesday.
The woman, identified as Sai Lakshmi, reportedly strangled her two-year-old twin children and later jumped from the third floor of her residential building complex. She suffered grievious injuries and died on the spot.
Police identified her native place as Nuzvid in Eluru district. Preliminary investigations revealed that domestic disputes have led to the incident.
The Balanagar police have registered a case and are investigating.
